Help & FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Still stuck? Reach us on the Contact page.

How do I create an account?
Go to Sign up, choose an email and a handle (3–32 characters, letters, numbers, underscore or hyphen), and set a password of at least 8 characters. You will land in the Theatre immediately.
How do I publish a work?
Open the Studio, give your work a title, upload an original image or microfilm, confirm you have the rights, and submit. Every new work is reviewed by a human moderator before it becomes public, so publication starts only after approval.
What file types and sizes are supported?
Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF up to 25 MB. Microfilms: MP4, WebM, or QuickTime up to 100 MB and 15 seconds. The pipeline prepares delivery versions for phone, tablet, and desktop automatically.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power screen-size adaptation and other AI tooling in the Studio. New creators start with 20 free credits, and paid plans add monthly credits that roll over. See the Pricing page for details.
How do subscriptions work?
You can subscribe to a creator to unlock their members-only work. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Creator subscriptions (the monthly plans) add AI credits to your own Studio.
How do creator payouts work?
Earnings from subscriptions accumulate as an available balance. You can request a payout above the minimum threshold from the Studio's Data & earnings hub. Each request is reviewed by our team before it is released.
How do I report content?
On any work, long-press (or use the actions menu) and choose Report. You can also use the in-product report flow. For copyright issues, use our Copyright / DMCA process.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account deletion removes your profile and published works. For help with deletion or data export, email support@aurooo.com.
Why is my work not public yet?
New works stay private until a moderator reviews them. If an asset is rejected you will see the reason in the Studio and can remove the failed asset and re-upload.
