This document is a baseline template provided for the Aurooo product and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Aurooo. By registering or using the service you confirm that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
3. Content and conduct
You retain ownership of the work you upload. By posting, you grant Aurooo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, adapt for different screens, and distribute your work solely to operate and promote the service.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates our content policy, including:
- Copyright or trademark infringement;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes;
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats;
- Content that endangers minors;
- Spam, fraud, or manipulation of the platform.
4. AI-generated content
If your work contains AI-generated imagery or video, you must label it as such when submitting. Mislabeling synthetic media may result in removal and account action.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriber plans and creator subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and credit allowances are shown on the Pricing page. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
6. Creator earnings and payouts
Creators may request payouts of available earnings above the minimum threshold. Payouts are reviewed by our team before release, and may be withheld where required to meet compliance, fraud, or tax obligations. Pending balances are not guaranteed until paid.
7. Intellectual property
The Aurooo name, design, and software are owned by Aurooo and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our content policy. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (rights, limitations, IP) will survive termination.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurooo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurooo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with us through the Contact page.
