1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aurooo (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Aurooo is an immersive visual content platform that allows creators to upload, publish, and monetize visual content (images and videos), and allows users to view, interact with, and subscribe to content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.
4. Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, you grant Aurooo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time. One-time purchases provide access to specific content. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; (b) attempt to bypass content protection or DRM systems; (c) scrape, crawl, or in any automated manner collect data from the Platform; (d) impersonate another person; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aurooo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
